through Strategic/Technology Advisor to the CEO during subsequent 5 years of (outsource-processed) growth, and establishment of a
de-novo Processing center. Developed Operating Rules, and Network pricing, inc. Interchange fee models. Also, in the critical period
of 1999-2001 to meet UK government Competition Requirements, again retained to 'open' LINK to non-FI Members (OpRules, Governance, etc),
& to develop a 5-Yr strategy for ATMOS, and to establish/develop of ISO operations & Surcharging in the UK.

Launch in UK/Europe of a major co-brand card (highest use & $-charge in UK, in 12 months), and in UK of a
successful Store card with a user base exceeding 1 million.

Acquirer strategy for a major Bank, leading to the emergence of 'duality' in the UK. Subsequent business planning for a
de-novo Acquiring business, and, several profit-improvement assignments, focused on the
Merchant market positioning and profitability.
